According To Art. 13 Of The Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Degree no. 196/03)

According to article 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03, Personal Data Protection Code and subsequent modifications and integrations (hereinafter, “Privacy Code”), SpeakerLAB S.r.l. (hereinafter, “SpeakerLAB”), as Data Controller, herein provides the privacy policy regarding the processing (intended as any operations carried out with or without the assistance of electronic or computerized tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, circulation, cancellation and destruction of personal data) of your personal data (intended as data regarding individuals and legal entities as, for example, name, last name, date of birth, corporate name, Tax ID, VAT number, images/pictures, publications or reports. Personal data is also considered to be data related to telematics traffic, e-mails, and the so called “log files,” meaning those information that refers to when, with whom, and for how long an internet or intranet connection occurred) carried out by SpeakerLAB for the supply of services offered at www.speakerlab.it (hereinafter, “Website”).

1. Scope of Data Processing

Providing your personal data is necessary in order to avail yourself of products and services offered in this Website.

Personal data are provided in the registration phase, not collected during your interaction with the Website, will be processed by SpeakerLAB to provide, manage and improve services and products available on the Website, as well as to offer you personalized services and products.

Personal data collected by SpeakerLAB is provided by you at the time of registration.

We do not collect ID cookies.

No personal data concerning users is acquired by the website in this regard.

No cookies are used to transmit personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies or user tracking systems implemented.

Use of the so-called session cookies – which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear upon closing the browser – is exclusively limited to the transmission of session ID's – consisting of server-generated casual numbers – as necessary to allow secure, effective navigation.

Personal data may be processed by SpeakerLAB’s personnel, operating under the direct authority of a Data Processor or Appointee, if any, appointed for the processing of personal data, after having received adequate operational instructions.

5. Right of Access to Personal Data and Other Rights According to Article 1.5 of the Privacy Code
